Salary, Bonuses, and Profit Share
	IRC offers a comprehensive total benefits package to all employees. Salary IRC offers starting salaries that are competitive in the market and which are reviewed after three months as part of every new employee's formal performance appraisal. Bonuses and Profit Share IRC offers bonuses based on special achievement or outstanding work performed. All employees also participate in the company's formal profit share program. This program can give staff significant bonuses if targets are achieved. Last year for example, our graduates received an additional 15% of their annual salary as part of the formal profit share arrangement.

Other Benefits
	IRC offers a collection of benefits which were designed to provide employees with quality service. This package includes: Health Insurance with a Health Reimbursement Account (HRA). This reimburses employees the amount of any deductible making the cost of health a big $ZERO for the employee. Dental and vision coverage. Up to ten days sick leave per calendar year. Life Insurance equal to two times the base annual salary, up to a maximum amount of $230,000. Short and Long Term Disability to protect the employees living expenses if a serious illness or injury affects their ability to work. 401(k) plan.

Training and Personal Development
	IRC offers its staff local and international training programs. Last year, three of our graduates spent a week in London, UK on a training program learning state of the art modeling techniques.

Vacation
	IRC offers a minimum of FOUR WEEKS paid vacation plus an additional ten days of statutory holidays per year. After all, we expect a lot from our people and we appreciate that when you work hard, you need plenty of time to play hard!
